St Monica's College is a regional Catholic co-educational community of students, staff and parents, which witnesses to the truths and values of Jesus Christ.

St Monica's College, Epping was established by the Sisters of the Good Samaritan as a regional school for girls in 1964. It became co-educational in 1978. Originally a one campus school, growth soon occurred and in 1978 the College purchased a second campus in Dalton Road, Epping and introduced co-education. Over the years the College has expanded, and Ostia at Strath Creek was acquired in 1999 to provide a location for personal development and retreat activities for students and staff.

We value the sacredness and well being of each member of the College and through prayer and perseverance we strive to nurture genuine relationships. We are committed to justice through our fidelity to Gospel values.

Our educational programs are student-centred and lead to respect of self, others and the environment, and to an appropriate sense of responsibility.

We provide facilities, resources and technology which reflect a commitment to excellence and encourage each student to reach full potential.

The College celebrates its cultural diversity, draws strong identity from its past and prepares students to contribute positively and with confidence to Australia and the world now and in the future.

The curriculum is structured and delivered to foster an appreciation of lifelong learning. Traditional core subjects, along with specialist studies are available to all students. The needs of all students are recognized and the College employs specialist staff with expertise in the education of highly able students (HORIZONS Accelerated Learning Program), students with learning difficulties and well established integration programs. A vast range of VCE studies, VET and VCAL subjects are offered at Years 11-12. The College is a leader in the provision of Information Technology. The College teaches Italian, French, Greek, Spanish and Japanese and runs CLIL programs in Italian and Japanese.
