Situated in a peaceful bush setting at Carbrook, on the border of Redlands and Logan, Kimberley College offers a calm and supportive learning environment for students from Prep to Year 12. As a co-educational, non-denominational school, we take a holistic approach to education, aiming to graduate students with integrity, confidence, and a strong sense of social responsibility.

At Kimberley College, education is about more than academic results. We value social and emotional learning just as highly and strive to provide a safe space where students can develop character, leadership, and critical thinking skills. Following the Marzano framework, we focus on meaningful engagement, compassion, and student empowerment.

Our goal is to nurture every student’s unique talents and equip them with the knowledge, skills, and values they need for life beyond the classroom. Education should be inspiring, challenging, and enjoyable, which is why we focus on how to learn—not just what to learn. We foster an inclusive environment that respects all beliefs, religious and secular.

A key feature of our pastoral care is the Wellbeing Program, which builds social and emotional competence across all year levels. Highlights include Invictus presentations for students and parents, school-wide events like the World’s Greatest Shave, and a peer mentoring program for Year 7 students led by senior volunteers.

In Year 9, students engage in a unique Rites of Passage program that encourages self-discovery and personal growth. Senior students can choose from diverse pathways including ATAR, vocational studies, and apprenticeships.

Kimberley College also offers a rich extracurricular program including music, sport, debating, public speaking, the Kokoda Challenge, and specialist Football and Dance Academies—giving students opportunities to explore their passions and find their purpose.

Core Values: Respect | Integrity | Collaboration | Creativity | Health & Wellbeing

At Kimberley College, our ambition is to nurture every student’s talent and provide all students with the knowledge, skills, attributes and values they will require for successful ongoing learning and life beyond school. Education should be inspirational, challenging and fun. Therefore, our focus is on how to learn as well as what to learn. In addition, we strongly believe in the need to develop moral and social intelligence in an environment that respects all religious and secular beliefs.
