Our focus is on the learning outcomes for our students and providing them with the appropriate learning experiences and opportunities that contribute to the skills they require, to not only succeed at school, but to thrive in the world beyond.
Alphington strives to connect with both the head and the heart. At Alphington Grammar, our mission is to inspire and equip all students to strive for excellence in their academic, creative and sporting pursuits. The secondary years at Alphington Grammar continue to build on the learning and experiences encountered in primary years. We expose Years 7 and 8 students to many curricular and co-curricular opportunities during their transition to secondary schooling.
Throughout years 7 to 10, the social and emotional development of our students is underpinned by the program, Habits of the Mind. Students also participate in the Global Gateways Program.
By the time they enter VCE, they have been exposed to a breadth of learning and experiences.
